I enjoy working at the FCBL. The location is great. There are good places to get lunch and right near the Red Line and several bus lines at Fields Corner. I have always felt like the building management has been responsive to my requests and they create nice networking opportunities for tenants. I’ve had my law office, Gavagan Law, LLC, at the Fields Corner Business Lab for two years, and it’s been excellent for my Boston personal injury practice. The location is hard to beat—steps from the Red Line (Fields Corner), minutes to I-93, and still in the city. Management and ownership work hard to keep businesses supported and well-connected in Dorchester. There is a strong value of nurturing local Dorchester and Boston based businesses in this space. Its a true incubator space, offering networking events and business education.

The month-to-month flexibility is a major advantage, with private offices, fixed desks, and flex space so you can scale up or down without friction. Daily conveniences are great: the Home Stead Bakery & Cafe is directly below, several banks across the street, the post office next door, and off-street parking. The area is diverse and lively. The location has tremendous potential and momentum.
